Let the dashboard write the prompt

Drop your CSV into the Trade Journal Dashboard. It rebuilds your closed trades from the fills, then writes a prompt containing the finished numbers:

  • Open the dashboard and drop your export onto it. The file is read in your browser and never uploaded.
  • Pick the book you want read — options, stocks, or both.
  • Copy the prompt from the panel at the bottom and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude or moomoo Skills.

Getting the file

    
    
      
  • Export it. In moomoo: Accounts → History → set the date range as
          far back as it goes → Export → CSV. Do not filter by type; the dashboard keeps options
          and stocks in separate books itself.

  • Keep the expiries. Contracts that expired are data, not gaps. For a
          seller they are usually the wins.
    • 
      
  • Nothing needs to leave your machine. The dashboard reads the file
          in your browser, and the prompt it writes carries aggregate numbers only — no account
          number, no filename, no individual trades. If you ever do attach a raw export somewhere,
          delete the account number and any personal fields first.

  • Twenty trades is enough. You are looking for something that
          repeats, not a verdict.

Reading the answer

    
    
      
  • Recalculate one row by hand. AI gets arithmetic wrong confidently.
          If one row does not tie out, nothing else is evidence either.

  • Never ask it what to trade. The moment you ask for a view, the
          answer stops being evidence.

  • Distrust small samples. Three trades is a story, not a pattern.
    • 
      
  • It is not an adviser. An AI agent is not licensed to advise you and
          neither is this workshop.

      If an AI says your file is missing data: that is the raw-file route failing, not your
      export. A broker file lists individual fills rather than finished trades, and most AIs will
      not rebuild them. Use Option 1 — the dashboard does that reconstruction and hands over
      finished numbers instead.
