SG Options Seller Masterclass

Ask your own trade history what it knows

Export your closed options trades as a CSV, upload it to ChatGPT, Gemini or any AI agent you already use, and run these in order. Each one does a single job and asks for arithmetic on your own data — never for a view on the market and never for a trade.

Step 1 — get the file

1
Export it

In moomoo: Accounts → History → filter the type to Options → set the date range as far back as it goes → Export → CSV. Every broker has the same export.

2
Keep the expiries

Contracts that expired are data, not gaps. Do not filter them out.

3
Strip anything that identifies you

Delete the account number column and any name, address or ID field before the file goes near a third-party tool.

4
Twenty trades is enough

You are looking for something that repeats, not a verdict. No options history? Export your share trades and run the same prompts on term and size.

Step 2 — the rules of the exercise

  • Never ask it what to trade. Every prompt here asks it to describe what already happened. The moment you ask for a view, the answer stops being evidence.
  • Recalculate one row by hand. AI gets arithmetic wrong confidently. If one row does not tie out, nothing else in the answer is evidence either.
  • Make it show its working. Several prompts ask which column it used. That is what lets you check it.
  • Distrust small samples. Three trades is a story, not a pattern. The prompts ask it to flag anything under five.
  • It is not an adviser. An AI agent is not licensed to advise you and neither is this workshop.

The pack — run them in order

Two live-position prompts

These two are for a position you are holding right now rather than for the CSV. Square brackets are yours to fill in. Both are written so the answer is a list of trade-offs rather than an instruction — which is the only shape of answer worth having.

Session 6 — the full journal build

In Session 6 we build a standing dashboard rather than a one-off analysis, using moomoo Skills: active positions, an expiry calendar, a closed-trade journal, risk insights and a weekly action plan. The master prompt is below so you have it, but you do not need it for Session 1 homework — we build it together, and it is the input to the 100-trade challenge.
