Three tools. About forty minutes.

Everything from Session 1 that only means something once you put your own numbers into it. Nothing you type leaves your browser, and you can come back to any of these later — your entries are saved on this device.

The homework, in order

  • Export your options trade history from moomoo — Accounts → History → filter to Options → Export → CSV. Strip the account number before it goes anywhere.
  • Run the prompt pack against that file in ChatGPT or Gemini. The one that matters is prompt 03: classify every losing trade as one of five causes.
  • Fill in the expectancy calculator with the four numbers prompt 02 gives you.
  • Run the sizing check on the next trade you are actually thinking about, before you place it.
  • Post one sentence in the group chat: your largest cause, the number of trades, and the total. No balances, no screenshots of your account. Tag it #Session1.
  • Bring the answer to Session 2. The most surprising finding gets read out anonymously at the start.
